Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the order is placed and processed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received

👉 Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

4. Refund Timeline (MANDATORY FOR RAZORPAY)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
